At the end of this workshop the participant will be able to:

• Recognize how our typical birthcare hierarchy & provider-patient power dynamics create a trauma-UNinformed environment.
• Examine their own biases around patient-centered decision making through interactive presentation tools.
• Be prepared to construct their own trauma-informed scripts for shared decision making upon completion of post-presentation journaling activity.
