Mandy is a labor and delivery nurse, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Authorized Peanut Ball Trainer, trauma-informed nurse and parent educator, Spinning Babies© Parent Educator, Director of Education at [M]otherboard Birth, and mother of 2.
She is currently teaching all over the country and offers worldwide virtual services.

No problem, I hear that go-go-go life. You’re juggling work, a home, maybe lack of sleep, maybe other kids, preparing for this new human, and the anxiety of it all.
This class is a 4-week series. We meet on Wednesday evenings for 4 weeks, 2.5 hours at a time. We don’t expect you to remember everything we teach in class, so we provide lots of practice time, activities you can do for practice between classes, and even replays and a huge workbook to review whenever!
We know you’re busy, so we’re even including flip books in your Coping Kit for you to reference at the hospital or away from home.
This class requires a small time commitment, but the practice and review is encouraged and totally on your terms and your schedule.
This course has TONS of updated info packed into it, so you can have time for all the things – like setting up that adorable nursery!
